The service from Destiny was excellent, especially considering the stressful situation that was unfolding due to the weather. Even when I asked to be moved to a different floor, she didn't hesitate and did so with a smile on her face.
Negatives:
3rd floor smelled of cigarettes pretty badly. Room 337 had light bulbs that didn't work and the land-line telephone was not operational. We switched to room 237 and all seemed well there. The light bulbs are way too blue and intense (ring shaped halogens in the bedside lamps) they need to be a softer yellow for bedside lamps.

Halls were dark, shower didn’t work, I had reservations a room with double beds. They over booked and put us in two different rooms and I had to pay extra for the room. One door had police tape across it and a hole in the door. People were smoking drugs outside the office.
