They never have regular coffee in the room. They were out of it every time I was there. What takes so long!!

My impression is that things are starting to need attention and its not happening. I have been staying there on and off the last couple of weeks because my husband in the hospital in NYC and we live far away. On a day a couple weeks ago one elevator was broken . Came again 2 days later still broken. Then I come again and its still broken, but a guys its there looking at it and the other one is on the fritz also. It was getting stuck on the upper floors and the lights kept going out. I was not taking a chance of getting stuck in an elevator. So I and another guest walked up 4 flights of steps. I am 66 yrs old and didn't need this after being at my husbands bedside all day. Things break I get it but it was broken for days. One elevator is not good enough.
