the management and help are super nice and really try to make your stay as comfortable as they can
Negatives:
they allowed guests on the third floor to have an untrained puppy that was peeing and pooping everywhere and attacking everyone else’s dogs. they also allowed guests to smoke pot. the smell was overwhelming and so bad I couldn’t sleep. no smoking should mean no smoking anything. cigarettes are legal too…they weren’t allowed. there was also broken glass everywhere in the pet walking area. I had to pull a glass shard out of my dogs paw :(
