Overall good place to stay!...
Positives:
Great staff. Both young women, Brenda and ? York (not certain if I got her name correctly) were EXCEPTIONAL. York checked me in and answered any questions. And Brenda explained advantages of joining Hyatt Program instead of third party booking. I have to return in ten days time which we booked. Very happy with my stay.

Location - when we booked on Booking,com it said pet friendly and no indication of added pet fee and then they charged more when we got there at the front desk. Deceiving

Not much to be honest - the gym was okey for a hotel this type and the room was clean.
Negatives:
Water pressure in the shower really bad. Breakfast was dreadful - eggs with grey yolks and stale bagels. Even water tasted awful. A/C very loud. Not even a small bottle of water in the room. No minibar. There was a fridge with ham etc in the lobby which I thought was a bit odd for a hotel like this. I wouldn’t stay there again. Ubers are very expensive to go to manhattan so keep that in mind when booking (Washington bridge toll to cross it)
