Positives: The room was clean no issues.

Negatives: The gentleman at the desk wasn't the friendlyess. The attendant doing the rooms was very friendly...I feel the gentleman at the desk was upset I got the room at a discount. Overall the experience was great we have stayed there multiple times.

Positives: Great location right up the street from the Freehold Raceway Mall, and only a few minutes from Battleview Orchards. Lots of restaurants and stores up and down the highway.

Negatives: I dont write reviews but this must be said. The room was filthy and was never cleaned or the bed made during my 3 day stay. Roaches, spiders, and bees were in the room, the paint was peeling off the wall above the shower. Horrible service!!

Positives: Location. Bed was very comfortable. Good A/C. Nice new shower. Front desk staff very nice. Fantastic diner just a few yards up Rt. 9.

Negatives: Found a bug on the pillow as soon as I walked in. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property.

Positives: The area is close enough to stores,restaurants, etc.

Negatives: The room sheets were stained ,broken light switches, broken power outlets, and one of the room attendants was trying to force me to leave a tip ,she was talking as if it was mandatory I leave a tip and that by far was unprofessional
