You screwed up my reservation and the hotel didn't get it we had a confirmation number but it was never sent to hotel. and I spend an hour at 3am with hotel.com phone support to find out you system screwed up and I had to pay higher price out of pocket and lose an hour of sleep.i even made you email me so I have proof of your scree up

You can hear the train and breakfast should be a little later like 10 or 11 on weekdays and weekends but the breakfast was great it’s just people with kids get up early and by the time adults go at 9 their closing up

Breakfast terrible, after 30 minutes no more eggs, no more coffee, no more butter, no more fruits and when we ask the answer was ‘’no more supply’’ or the ‘’truck didn’t come today’’.
Costumer service terrible since the check in, I waited for more then 15 min for problems in their system while they asked to me contact the booking, but the problem was not about the booking, I had the reservation in my hands. About room service, the cleaning is not everyday, and refills (soap) ends in my first day, I needed ask 2 times and the answer was ‘’ I’ll put your room in a list, sorry about that’’. I am not able to explain my bad experience in this hotel.
