Location was good for what we needed. Room size was ideal for a family.
Negatives:
Mattress was obviously old & needs replacing. Pillows were flat. Living room carpet & chairs had obvious stains
Location was fine for what we needed but trying to exit to the main roadway is a nightmare for people not familiar with traffic in the area.
