Positives: The night clerk was awesome. I had a problem, nothing to do with the hotel service, and she helped me. Very polite and friendly!

Positives: It was near some good places to eat. The lobby was nice.
Negatives: The room was covered in dog hair and smelled like cigarettes. You could also hear everything in the surrounding rooms. There was supposed to be breakfast, but there wasnÂ't. The front desk just provided granola bars and packaged muffins. Very disappoint

Positives: I liked the fact that there was a microwave and small fridge
Negatives: Room cleaning was subpar. My room key did not work everyday I would have to go back for them to refresh the key. Very any. The staff did not seem to care about this

Positives: Great location and easy access from all entrances
Negatives: They need to vacuum the carpet in the room and sweep the bathroom floors. A bit dirty on the floor. Also I think the AC needs a new filter. It smelled a bit.

Positives: Pet friendly, the room was clean and had all the features advertised.
Negatives: We had a do not disturb sign on the door, and while we were outside walking our dog, a staff member must have gone in a taken all of the towels, but did not replace them. It was very odd. Nothing was cleaned or replenished, just all the towels were gone.

Negatives: Considering COVID-19, the room was not sanitized. Toilet seat had urine droplets and bath sink had soap scum on counter. So glad I brought my own cleaning supply! Walls between rooms are so thin I could hear normal volume conversations
