Positives:
The view to the Hudson river and Manhattan are great. There are a few restaurants in the proximity, all with breathtaking views to Manhattan and excellent choices for food and drinks, if a bit on the expensive side. The PATH subway system is only a 7 min walk, the tram is a 3 min walk from the hotel. The room is reasonably sized and it wasn't noisy.
Very nicely, the final invoice did not include the night we didn't spend there due to the airline getting us there a day later. Our reservation was kept by the hotel and eventually the bill reduced. Thank you.
Negatives:
Not really much to complain, except perhaps the distance to the city, but that's a deliberate choice, and with the PATH nearby, it's at most a 30 min trip to the WTC site.
Cleaning could be done more frequently. In one week on site, we never had the room cleaned, although we got new towels when requested.
