Positives:
It was cleaner than many other hotels where I have stayed during these past, three years. The refrigerator and microwave worked fine, and I surprisingly got good air-conditioning from my room AC.
Negatives:
This hotel owner ignores the Americans with Disabilities Act! There is no ramp for customers in wheel chairs or on scooters. And I climbed stairs to access my upstairs room.
It got a little noisy every night, due to the thin walls and family fun! I heard the music and voices of a family of a husband, wife, and kids.

Positives:
Room entry was from an interior hallway, and a sliding glass door provided direct access to outdoors and my nearby car.
Negatives:
Reaching the property required a circuitous route through adjacent business parking lots. There was no restaurant. There was no restaurant within an easy and safe walk.
