The hotel clerk had a bad attitude. Her accent was difficult to understand and she wasn't pleasant. The 1st room smelled like mold and mildew. The Tv and phone didn't work in the 2nd room. I was was refundex.
Getting out of the hotel. There is no room to merge onto the hwy, especially during rush hour.
It was close to a lot of restaurants.
The room had roaches. As soon as we checked in and asked for extra towels the woman kept asking us why as if it was a problem.
The hotel is located across the street from a mall and has a few restaurants close by. They accommodated my puppy at no extra charge.
The hotel is run down, exterior garbage was overflowing, you could smell marijuana walking to your room, people actually live there, front desk had no coffee for the rooms, and no refrigerator or microwave. Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time.
The water pressure and the ac was the only good thing to say about this hotel
The beds were horrible, the staff never answers the phone and you nearly get tboned every time you leave hotel.
I had to asked repeatedly for soap and towels which they did not automatically give. Took them 4 hours to give. me

Was not clean,sked for non smoking room they put us in 2 smoking rooms. Dust everywhere,hair on sheets,pee on toilet,did not sanitizr anything. We brought our own Clorox wipes to wipe down door handles,light switches etc. Wipes were filthy and black

Location. It was located within 10 minutes from the place I was working at.

I actually file a dispute and was denied for a dirty room.
Getting a refund.This was one of the nastiest places I've been to. The rooms are dirty,the customer service is horrible,and there was bugs everywhere.. I waited over 3 hours for a room. While waiting i looked inside of a recently cleaned room to see how
big it was and there was roaches on the walls. Went to the lobby to use the restroom and inquire about the bug infestation issue. Instead of taking the issue seriously, this short, deplorable, disgrace of a manager yells at me.Had to put him in his place.
I like how neat and clean the rooms are.
At night at the hotel they need more staff members to help if a customer needs service. There is only one staff member at the office.
