The assistant GM was a pleasant person but I should not have needed to speak with her in the first place.

They gave away my room and then had me wait until the next day check-in time. The coffee bar did not post hours of operation; should be open during the day. Contractors working at 7:30am with posted quiet times 10pm-8am. Utterly ridiculous.

The bed was extremely firm. There were missing channels from the basic tv package.

Stayed Christmas Eve during visit with family. Hotel was 15 minutes from our daughter's house and very convenient.

Exactly as anticipated.
Positives:
The room was very nice, clean and overall the hotel was quiet. They didn't give me a hard time checking out a little late which was nice.
Negatives:
It didn't appear like the Starbucks inside was open at all the times I was down in the lobby. There was complimentary coffee at one point which was nice. If you don't have a vehicle the location isn't great.

Ice bucket filled with last patron's refuse. Pool was closed for repair. No microwave. Room 229 was shabby- cracked window fixed with tape, broken tile and grout, bedside lamp damaged and lopsided. I have pictures

the noises in the hotel room kept me up at night from the fridge and the machine (heat?) outside of our room.
