It was my wedding night, I reserved my room 4 nights ahead of time, and when I got there after the at 11pm, I was told there were no rooms available. My friend came to my assistant to find out what happened to the honeymoon sweet we had reserved. There was no management to speak to. We were embarrassed for staying almost 2 hours in the lobby , just to find out what happened to our reservation. It is unacceptable and very unprofessional standing with my wife waiting. They gave our honeymoon sweet to someone else.
