I think there should have been a hairdryer in the room and the pool had a weird green hue to it which made it uninviting. I don't think they served a continental breakfast like what was originally stated online. My key wouldn't work to get in the building.

Stood in line for 10 mins ……appeared to be only one member of staff who seemed to be doing a good job but there were still several people in front of us so we had to leave due to the time factor. I asked the very nice person at the front desk if the breakfast charge might be removed from our bill…..she said she would have to ask her manager and made sure she had our email and telephone number …said she would let me know……never heard from anyone …..and the amount was not removed …which I understand but it would have been nice to hear from someone.

It was nice but the staff just assumed we wanted a king bed when I requested 2 queen beds and then couldn’t change rooms

Just what staffing did. We were very uncomfortable in our room as I requested 2 queen beds and they said I called and requested a king room when I never called them so one person had to sleep on the floor because it was a weekend they were at 100% capacity so we couldn’t change rooms when I’ve had this booked for months. We won’t be coming back as to how we were treated
