Negatives:
Breakfast situation was scam. When you book the room with breakfast bear in mind there is only one breakfast per room and not per number of guests in the room. This is not stated anywhere and this was not explained at breakfast.

Housekeeping available on request. The room was clean, and the Fire Oak restaurant on site which makes staying at the hotel worthwhile. The food is delicious and plentiful. The presentation and ambiance of the restaurant gets 5 stars. The location of the hotel is really nice. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or two. Remember, you have to pay for parking and 100 dollars for incidentals.

You have to pay for parking. I had to pay 15 dollars per day. I paid for a king size bed with a pull out couch. I got a king size bed, but no couch. You have to pay for breakfast. No tub just walk in shower. I booked through booking.com but I think the hotel can change your accommodations.

I really think free coffee should be put in the lobby. I was told by front desk there is a coffee pod in my room but c'mon....this should not break the Courtyard's budget. If Hampton Inn and other hotels can provide free coffee, this hotel should too.
