Best Western Burlington Inn

Negatives: I would have preferred a Coca Cola vending machine and sweet-n-low for the coffee, but these are minor silly things. The only thing that actually put me off was hearing a loud, rude male employee yelling expletives early in the morning, complaining about his job collecting the trash and the “m***f**** trashy”hotel guests. It was unsettling and uncomfortable. If not for him I would give this hotel all the stars.

Negatives: The service wasn’t that great nobody really cleaned the rooms. There was constant drug deals going on all day all night. Literally had five people come up to me and asked me if I wanted Crystal mess or crack, cocaine or heroin i’m a recovering addict with two children two dogs and my wife we just sold our house and I’m supposed to feel comfort but instead I was paranoid that my car was gonna be broken into and I didn’t like the fact that was stolen out of my room. my medication was stolen out of my room, my Nike slides was stolen from my room. They also told me that I smoked in the room, but I never smoke the cigarette in that room, but you could smell marijuana and everything else when you walk down the rooms also were open from the outside and somebody tried to come in my room because there was a hole in the wall when we came back from dinner , I told them and they didn’t believe me and they told me they were gonna check the cameras. The maintenance man was constantly in my room and the front desk as well. I asked for some money to fix something in my room and the front desk told me that somebody was coming to my room already to check something out when I didn’t even ask them so the front desk was going in my room without my permission when we were gone, which is absolutely ridiculous and then they told us that we had to pay for the hole in the wall and behind the hole was all black mold the pool was closed down and there were people living in the pool room. There was constant flow of people going in and out of the s rooms I didn’t sleep for the three days I was there because we were the first room from an entrance. It was a non-smoking room and people smoked cigarettes outside the door so that smoke would come through the air conditioner. It was absolutely ridiculous. This place should be shut down or western or take the license away from the owners it was riddled with prostitution and drug dealers and drug addicts just covered up very good. I will never go there

Negatives: It stated it had a pool, but unfortunately, this pool has been under maintenance the last past few months
