Negatives: The room was dirty in general. smelled like a wet dog when you opened the door. maybe, AC unit needs to be cleaned. Floors were sticky! Something sticky on the counter next to the sink, sink drains slow. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. 1 blanket for 2 beds. 1 towel & washcloth for a double room. toilet paper set on top of toilet, broken holder. Too many people hanging around outside. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. No answer at the desk, no one let us know it was okay, or not okay.

Negatives: the air conditioner didn’t work and clanked every 30 secs. flys in the room, no bath towels. finally turned off air and put on fan in a very hot night. no plugs available for overnight phone. people hovering outside. I had to block my debit card and file a fraud charge. it was devastating!

Negatives: It was gross as hell!!!

Negatives: The room was very small and was very run down with a broken safe and a hair dryer that drywall connectors falling out of the wall … smelled like smoke …. Would Never Go Back !!

Negatives: The key card didn't work for starters. There were so many "lost souls" hanging out by their doors that I slept with my hunting knife by my side. (Literally!) I did not feel safe. The fire alarm went off at 2am due to either a faulty system or a smoker.(what they were smoking i will leave to your imagination)The room was musty and my wife thought there was blood pooled outside the door. I hope it was paint. It had appliances without electrical outlets near them so it was either the fridge, air conditioning or the microwave which was missing the glass plate! Broken light fixtures over the bed didn't help. An addict of some kind knocked on my door at 4am thinking it was her room. I've had better experiences at homeless shelters in the Bronx. A lady told me her husband was terminal and on oxygen.(God bless them). She told me she was there for 2 weeks so I believe you supplement your income by renting to the homeless/less fortunate. I left after one night. I wish I could have provided photos.

Negatives: The parking lot and walkways to the rooms are filthy, littered with trash. Our room stank of weed. There was a cigarette burn hole in the beds comforter. There was some type of leak in the bathroom that caused water to push up through the one faux board when you stepped on it. And, the cherry on top was the smoke detector going off for no apparent reason at 3am.

Negatives: the room had gnats. there was no hair dryer there was no tv remove the bedding had cigarette burns the outside was not clean especially the stairways
