Residence Inn Mt. Laurel at Bishop's Gate

Negatives: the room was old and tired looking. In our first the bathroom light didn’t look and the closet door was broken. There was also dog hair on the couch. They switched us to another rm that smelled moldy. We woke up the next day with breathing issues. There was a dirty plastic fork on the floor nxt to the bed.

Negatives: dirty room, we were moved to new room, a/c did not work in either room

Negatives: dirty, clogged sink and bathtub, dirty furniture, bathroom door won't close unhelpful front desk & manager

Negatives: the room wasn’t the best the pool is not up and running and when you book rooms of this app I notice they give you ran down rooms where things like the tv , or the remote doesn’t work dressers broke and dirty ! it do have be the best rooms we’re still paying customers

Negatives: Breakfast ended too early and very little vegetarian options

Negatives: Reservation coordinator was extremely rude.

Negatives: housekeepers rude forgetting they had guest staying in their hotel running u over w cart and refusing to let you use elevator during day if they needed elevator. we opted not to have house keeping the five days we were there. first room was a mess stained couch fridge beat up dresser handles missing and toilet in bathroom about to fall off. did complain next morning and received a different room in which was cleaner and not so damaged. Ms Kay at night was rude. we had one fork in room when she told husband that was housekeeping job and refused to give us a fork. handed him plastic which was fine until she stated, “ I shouldn’t even be doing this”. the night I got sick she handed my husband a sheet and a pillow case telling him that’s housekeeping job this is what I can do for u. breakfast is another story. use to residence inn having a decent breakfast. small bite size quiche undercooked. biscuits over cooked daily. sausage overcooked. scone undercooked. the cook just couldn’t get it right with the food either overcooked or undercooked. lastly coffee! daily would go down for coffee and there wouldn’t be any. had to go down four or five times each day before able to get a cup of coffee. only decaf left in room in room. if looking for a decent breakfast this is not the hotel.
