The room was nice and cool given the heatwave; the person checking us in warmed up and ended up being nice; the person at the coffee station (bar at night) was kind and efficient.

There seemed like absolutely no soundproofing. We heard everything from outside our door and the sliding door to the indoor balcony that overlooked the atrium...which, by the way, sucked...how can you advertise balconies and NOT specify that it's indoors versus out???

I really liked the hotel's location, its cleanliness, and the overall setup.
Negatives:
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, arriving directly from the airport after a 17-hour international flight. I was severely jetlagged, and we chose this hotel specifically to rest, recover, and get some much-needed sleep.
Unfortunately, our experience was disrupted by repeated intrusions. On the first morning at 8:30 AM, a housekeeper entered our room without knocking or announcing herself. It was surprising and uncomfortable, but we initially assumed it was just a mistake.
However, it happened again later that same day around 11:00 AM—someone opened our door without knocking. Then on the second morning, at 8:30 AM, the same thing occurred once more. A housekeeper slowly opened our door without knocking and quietly closed it upon realizing someone was inside. This repeated behavior felt intrusive and, frankly, unsettling.
We understand that housekeeping is part of hotel operations, but entering a guest's room without knocking or any announcement is completely unacceptable. It disrupted our rest and made us feel unsafe. We hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly to ensure better respect for guest privacy in the future.

Facilities for any near by shops or restraunts were not available though there waqs a restruant in the hotel would have preferred to explore and eat what we like .Also quite far from the airport

I loved the openness.
Negatives:
Did not like the restaurant. Not accommodating to customers. Very little to food to choice from. Staff not so pleasant. I also don’t think people who stay at this hotel should have to pay for parking. That was very tacky in my opinion.
