the location was in a good area to get to places with out long travel

my room was a smoking room I did not know until check in that they had smoking rooms and I do not smoke so when i asked if IO could change rooms I was told NO I also needed to check out early due to personal reasons and was told I can check out but could not get my money back even though I was trying to check out at 7 am which would give them more then enough time to clean my room and make it available

Nothing I was asked to leave because of something my mother did years before even though she wasn’t with me, I paid on time everytime and the second week I was there they charged me four times for the same room then kept saying no charges show and took me almost a week to get my money back

The staff was rude and the housekeeper would come in in the morning time and just look around the room while we were sleeping

I was a little hesitant at first to book the room since the other hotels in the area were considerably more expensive so was unsure of how nice this hotel would be but the location was central to where I needed to be so I went with it. Check in/out were both painless and the front desk staff were very friendly. Room was very clean and best of all quiet.
Negatives:
As in a lot of hotels, water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Water pressure was poor. It was challenging to get the proper hot water temperature. Too far to the left and the pressure dropped....had to be just right.
