Booking.com completely bungled the reservation process and it cost me $183 in change fees that should never have been charged in addition to the $750 that I paid for the room. And Booking.com refuses to respond to my requests and my complaint.

A few staff members could have been more helpful and friendly. The food was good. I liked the snack section when you first came in. I was confused about how to get my room serviced. There was nothing to place on the door, and I didn't see directions on this, so I asked the staff members at the desk. The staff member was a bit curt.
