There was a fridge in the room and a swimming pool in the hotel.

The staff was utterly incompetent, ringing the room IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT because of an issue with our credit card. Issue that should have been spotted a first time at check-in, or a second time when they rang us to come back to the lobby 30mins after check-in, or even in the morning while checking out. Also, the location is not convenient at all if you don't have a car.

My husband is a Veteran which is part of the reason we had to drive an hour and a half to get there plus there was a snowstorm and we are Senior citizens.... No Discounts!!!!!!Room prices a little STEEP!!

Loved the king suite we stayed in. Great value for the price!!! Location was good as well.
Negatives:
We were able to hear the water pressure from the toilet, sink and tub/shower above us. It was so loud and definitely not what you want to hear in the middle of night when you have a toddler with you.

We didn't like the fact that the toilet need to be replaced because it was bobbling and licking water out of the bottom of the toilet. We had ants that bit people in our kitchen and they they overcharge us and I would disabled person and the staff didn't put me in my hearing impaired room and stop it all off. They try to stick us on the 4th th floor and I had severe back issues and leg issues. Yes they have an elevator but it's an industrial elevator so it ask for a room on the first floor was easy for me to get a round and a stuck us in a crap your room that it looks like dried blood inside the dresser. We had ants that bit me in the face and they're ants Even the kids didn't have much fun

The layout is a little confusing. The location doesn't have much to offer close by for food / beverage etc. Delivery a must if you don't have a vehicle.
