The room was very clean. And the free breakfast was amazing. Beds were SUPER comfy. Shower wasn’t the bed only cause I couldn’t move the shower head around. But besides that, the hotel in general was great

It’s in the middle of the exit of the turnpike so it’s super hard to come out the parking lot. AND the most hard part was trying to get back into the parking lot. Because you had to merge to get into the lot, but since it’s right at the lane of an exit from the highway, it was super hard to merge into the lane to try and get into the hotel parking lot.

Poor selection no interaction with staff I don’t think they spoke English . Our shower did not work we reported it but it still not fixed we returned late in the evening and our room had not cleaned the dirty towels we’re still in the bathroom and there were no clean towels when I went to the front desk to complain I was told I needed to request maid service no one told us that. The shower still did not work and we waited an hour for a repair person to show up. It dripped all night. The desk clerks answer was he would write it down
