The STAFF from check in reception, to the young man who brought us extra pillows, to “the breakfast lady”… everyone was very polite and helpful!!!
We would highly recommend this hotel!
Negatives:
The only issue… was that there was only one working elevator for the entire hotel!
We were there two nights and only one elevator was working.

I liked the cleanliness, and everything looks updated
Negatives:
No free breakfast….the lady at the front desk has told me we had free breakfast in our stay, then when we went to get breakfast and provided our info they told us it wasn’t. $13-$15 per person is a lot considering how much we paid for just 1 night.

AC could get way too cold and was loud. Housekeeping didn’t top up the toilet roll so almost ran out. Snacks and drinks at reception way too expensive.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean. Parking on site was no problem. The breakfast was good. Overall great value. Met my expectations. Great location if you want to visit MetLife Stadium and the surrounding area. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times.
