Positives:
Clean but, Bed spread seemed wrinkled, room was tight but hotel still has 2 fulls in the room for 3 adults ( 1 teen) and 1 small kid. 4 people in total. It was for a quick overnight stay for about $100.00. Lots of nearby eating choices. Motel style, so rooms can hear outside customers walk by.Don't expect miracles. Check in ,Sleep, rest , get up and checkout. Not for the tourist.

Bathroom was tight, beds were clean but needed new linen and bedspreads. The grounds needed a little work.
When the dude at the counter has sliding plexi glass, you tend to wonder about the safety, bring hotel lock if you are a lone traveler.

Positives:
Great location; very close to the Parkway, lots of shops, stores, and restaurants close by. And even being on a major highway, I wasn’t disturbed by traffic noise (tho this trip was in February, so, out of season). The room was clean and smelled fresh.
Negatives:
The room had a really nice refrigerator with a decent sized freezer…but no microwave or coffee maker. One of the comforters had cigarette burns and small tears. I took pictures first because I don’t want to be accused of doing the damage. Also, there seemed to be no one in the building and I was told my room was around back. Back there it looked like some rooms had people living in them full time, and it made me uneasy. Plus, the second evening I was there, someone came knocking on my door. I didn’t open it, and when I responded they said “wrong room”.

Only one outlet in the room and it wasnt close to the beds. Blankets were thing and the bed was springy. I found clumps of hair in the towels, as well as what looked like a couple of bloody boogers on the door frame. They also had something like 23 english cable channels on the tv.

That I was able to pay extra for a later check out time. We had a cheer comp that day that was later in the day. Late check helped a lot. My friend in the next room was quoted a different price than me which hers was way higher. She had to check out on time do to that.
Negatives:
Hotel had musty smell. It hit you as soon as you walked in. Had moldy shower mat folded behind toilet. Thin blankets. Had one thin blanket and one really thin top cover.

The location was extremely convenient. Close to Wildwood and plenty of places to grab food, gas, or items needed it you forgot anything for your travels. Right off the parkway. Easy to get too.
Negatives:
Stayed for a large event taking place in Wildwood for children/families of all ages so several families were staying, it got a little noisy late at night at times with kids running past our room late at night but it really wasnt bad.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful, pleasant and thoughtful. At check-in, the weather was bad, and I had a few pieces of luggage so they kindly provided a room with a short walk, and close to parking. Love that they also allow pets. I have stayed before with my dog.

Overall my stay was excellent. The property and building need exterior maintenance work, but my room and bathroom were what I expected. Comfortable and clean.
