Location was pretty much close to everything-stores, restaurants, transportation.

Cleanliness. I would prefer to stay at a decent room and clean toilet rather than a great room and poor clean toilet. I don’t need some fancy room to stay at, but I always need a clean toilet to take a showers and all sorts of things. I reserved adjacent rooms, 603 and 605. Both Bathroom walls have splatters near the toilet

We liked that it was dog friendly, it was clean, the room was spacious and had a nice eating area and fridge. The staff was nice and helpful. It was in a pretty good location next to restaurants and the highway

We wish there would have been side doors or alternate entrances besides going through the lobby which was mostly populated every time we had to take the dog out

I made an error when initially trying to book this reservation. I immediately realized my mistake and attempted to correct the error. The error was not corrected. The corporate office of Aloft, said that they were not responsible for refunding my money, that Booking.com had purchased blocks of rooms and they had my money. Booking.com said that they needed an email from the staff at the location to cancel or change the appointment. Although extremely rude, the staff at Aloft said they would email Booking.com that day. It follows that I did nlt use the room at all and did not receive any refund at all. If this is how you do business, I will never use your service again and I will certainly never stay at Aloft in Secaucus.

I love the location and free parking. Its easy to get to NYC and the highway. Hotel gym and pool is always a plus for my family.
