If you cancel your reservation after Jul 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: This property would not even allow me to check in after I had made the booking at 11:33 PM. I expect the fee to be fully refunded by booking.com.

Negatives: Once I arrived at the property, which was approximately 2 AM having it booked at 11:33 PM online I was told that the system was upgrading and I could not check into my room. I have never heard such a thing all the previous hotels that I have been booking have been extremely accommodating and since my room is already booked and paid for they just allowed me to take it. Apparently this hotel confiscated my fee within two hours from booking and did not let me take occupancy of the room. I am yet to see a refund a claim will definitely be filed if not a lawsuit.
