Its well located to catch the 320 Bus into New York. The rooms are sizeable and comfortable to be in.
Negatives:
The rooms are fairly outdated in look and could do with a revamp. There are no utensils, plates or cups in the rooms and you have to ask reception to supply these for you. It just feels a bit old inside.

"Terrible hotel experience with an extremely rude front desk. The room key card consistently failed to work due to sensor issues. Worst of all, a fire alarm blared in the middle of the night. Highly disappointing stay."

Service was horrible, staff was a bit grumpy, water was shut off for couple hours for 2 days while we were there, had an emergency evacuation cause of a fire, had to grab kids and ran out ,no pool, no breakfast ,had to carry dirty towels to get clean ones
