The room particularly bathroom was not clean. Also conditioner bottle was empty. I called down the front and requested a new bottle of conditioner, he was not able to tell how long it is going to bring in the conditioner. It took more than 10 minutes and I called down the front again, the person was apparently annoyed by me. The service was not acceptable for Hilton chain.

I don’t know why my stay doesn’t included breakfast when I didn’t my reservation was included also total amount is 250 but they charged 305 they said 50 dollars for deposit but now one week later and i don’t have my money back. So i don’t recommend this hotel.

It was super hard to find a passed it twice pool was closed out of nowhere so that really frustrated me I’m from CT I drove almost 3 hrs and paid money for a hotel with pool if that’s the case I would’ve booked elsewhere mind you I made the reservation in advanced how I have to pay for breakfast and can’t even use the free pool I brought the issue to management and she was highly rude about the whole situation and just gave me a card which I called and left several messages and not heard back

Location is great for launching a trip to NYC
Negatives:
Advertised as having a hot tub but it's really almost like an overflow area from the pool. Pool area not fabulous but good enough to use.
