The room was spacious, clean, wonderfully sized bathroom, and TV came with a lot of channels. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful at all times, and there was always someone at reception 24/7. We chose to stay here because it was the cheapest accommodation during the Christmas and NYE period to try and save money while we went back and forth to Manhattan, and it exceeded our expectations completely.
Negatives:
It's not the most conveniently placed location. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop, and even further to get to restaurants, cinemas, and the closest Walmart/grocery is even further out. It would be better to have your own car. The gym facility was pretty disappointing and could hardly be called a gym.

Furniture was old ran out of towels everyday and had to wait until afternoon or evening was promised room service only got a half a job done on the 4th day. Only two washers and dryers with all those rooms is ridiculous. TV’s were outdated couldn’t watch any apps so we missed all our family shows. Nothing to do around the hotel. Not enough pantry options

The staff was courteous from the moment we arrived until the second we departed. This was our second stay at this establishment. The parking garage is a valuable asset, and the hotel amenities are excellent. Although we didn't have breakfast this time, we are confident it was as enjoyable as on our previous visits.
Negatives:
Navigating the parking area can be challenging, as there's no option to turn around if you miss the sole entrance. It's akin to missing a final approach and needing to go around again, resulting in a lengthy and tiresome journey.
The informational paper provided at the front desk regarding the bus schedule and system should be concise and include a small map. Additionally, we were unaware that the return trip from midtown would drop us off further down the street from our original pick-up location.
