Positives:
The staff were nice and accommodating. You can tell their use to making the best out of a bad situation time and time again. One elevator in service. No one working on it no mention of any work being done on it for a hotel of that scale to have one elevator is ridiculous. Never able to have a luggage carrier available because people would leave them in their room and staff would not go and retrieve them. My son had multiple flea bites on his ankles. The bathroom look like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The phone was not working. The lamp was dismantled when we arrived. Serve the exact same breakfast two days in a row. It’s reasonably priced so obviously you expect less paying for your buck.
I liked the staff. That’s it.

We spent almost $400 for one night. The place was outdated and not well maintained. Gym was closed, breakfast was mediocre. Our door was cracked. It looked like someone broke into the room. La Quinta should be ashamed.

Breakfast same 3 choices every day. ( Sausage/ potatoes / waffles ) I wouldn't pay for this if not included in price plenty of other food options locally.

Run down hotel, needs mayor repairs. The lobby rugs were dirty and smelly. One of the elevators was not working. The bathtub and bathroom the sink did not drain properly. The bathtub very old with yellow stains. Room and halls rugs need to be replaced. Breakfast not only was the same everyday but their coffee is the worst. The best thing they have is the location. It seems they do not want to invest in this hotel, they want to milk their profits.

If we had the 5 people that were supposed to come, the room would have been the right size. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The shower was very run down and the toilet did not flush well.
The breakfast was not good. The eggs had a lot of water in them, the sausage was underdone and the waffles were unappetizing.

Only two elevators, one broken. Staircase on elevator side was locked. Failing keycards after 24 hours. Had to be reprogrammed on a daily basis.

The front office staff were friendly but when I got breakfast the lady filling the food stations told me numerous times to take my bread out of the toaster because it smelt like it was burning even though I just put it in like 10 seconds ago.
Negatives:
Very outdated and not the cleanest. The carpets and curtains were covered in stains. Our room was supposed to be ready by 1-2pm as we requested and they agreed to however that was not the case.
We stayed here with a few family members and were looking forward to swim in the pool only to find out on Saturday’s and Sunday’s they don’t open the pool until 2 pm! We asked if they could open it earlier the night before we got there so we could swim until check in time, but the response was “we’ll leave a note for first shift to open it earlier but they’re not very compliant”.
We were in room 308 and the door looked like it was busted into by the police and they just glued it back together. Not a very safe feeling.
