Front desk receptionist was rude and unapologetic. She didn't give me my receipt upon check out. I had to be there for 20 minutes to get a copy of the contract I signed. Last night I didn't get a confirmation email because someone wrote my email address wrong, consequently, I didn't have idea how much they were charging me. This woman wasn't listening to me at all. It was really frustrating. Never coming back there.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room and the grounds were clean.
We noticed maintenance folks everywhere making minor updates to the property which is always a good sign.
Negatives:
Just be aware, this particular location allows pets, but the pet friendly rooms are in a separate part of the building which is fine.
They closed their lobby and all transactions had to be performed through a little window in a side room with the vending machines. Not sure why that was the case (covid and/or safety) but it was a little odd at this particular location and this stage of covid.
This is a 3 floor motel style building with all the doors outside. I believe this location is supposed to have an elevator, but I did not see one.
