Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The size of the suite was perfect, it was clean and the staff was very nice.

The heat and air conditioning did not work so it was hot and stuffy in the room, the neighbors looked like they lived there. They had a lot of issues with our reservation and called me one morning on the rooms phone and didn't even tell me who they were and when I answered the woman said "what's you're name?" Immediately and then asked me when I was checking out I told her not for another 2 days and she said I was checking out today which was not the case because when I checked in the woman even confirmed my checking out date and it was not the next day. So she said she'd fix it amd then I went outside to smoke a cigarette and couldn't get back in my room bc they deactivated the key card so I went to the office and they were trying to charge my card (which was the wrong one) again after they already charged it and they had me in the office for a half hour to get it straightened out.

The room size was perfect for our large family.
Negatives:
Cleanliness is lacking. Ive worked as a housekeeper for a large retreat I get needing a quick turnover. However, things werent just overlooked but werent done at all. Overflowing trash left and clothes from the previous guests in obvious places.

I’ve stayed here many times and I always have a great experience. My most recent stay in a 2 bedroom loft wasn’t as great. There were stains on the carpet, lightbulbs missing from the lamps, cigarette burns on the kitchen table, the paint on the front door was peeling completely off, and there was a bad fishy smell. The front desk woman helped immediately and apologized for something that wasn’t even her fault. She moved my room and the next room was perfectly fine. I think I must have gotten an old room, which has never happened and I’ve stayed here more than 10 times. But either way, they were happy to immediately resolve it for me
