After Saturday, Apr 20th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Negatives: The floors were sinking in and had dips/holes under the flooring. Bathtub unit felt like it was caving in and material from the wall was peeled off. Bed was horribly uncomfortable and way too hard. Didn’t get a good nights sleep. Tv was lower than the bed and could barely see the tv while laying down. When we left the next day the hall way smelled like cat piss

Positives: Comfortable bed, Nice Layout & Great Parking. Decent price for the room for location. Nice shower pressure.

Negatives: Room was smelly when entered had to spray down w/ lysol. Seen a couple roaches in bathroom area. Kitchenette area was a little old. But Decent for the Price and Area.
