Positives:
I likes the fact there was a kitchen and it was pet friendly.
Negatives:
The cleanliness was lacking, no one comes on a daily basis to bring fresh towels or refill you toiletries or make your bed and vacuum only if you're staying 7 days or longer. If not you have to go to the front desk and ask for what you need. Also there was no blow dryer in the room and the towels were hard and crunchy feeling no fabric softener was used at all. The whole bathroom needed regrouting and it didn't seem like our room was cleaned very well after the last people left at least not vacuumed because I found a toenail on the carpet on my side of the bed. That was just gross! Also they were under renovation which wasn't very nice to deal with. And you could hear every noise and person like they were in your room with you. Also I went to buy a soda at the front desk and I was given one of those tiny sodas and it cost 2 frigging bucks likes seriously! Also I asked the girl at the desk which outside entrance was closest to our room and she didn't even know!!!! It was just gross you actually felt dirty staying there.

Positives:
The layout was nice, I really liked the combination desk/kitchen table and chairs. Having both a couch and recliner was nice. A lot of storage/closet space. Free parking.
Negatives:
Exercise bike broken. There was a smell of marijuana in the hallway, and the linens and furniture has a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Ice maker did not work and no ice cube trays. Couch had a rip in the side. Lumpy pillows. No coffee in lobby. I tried to connect my iPad based on the screen instructions so I could watch Netflix and it did not work.

Positives:
The young lady at the desk when we checked in was very nice. She was very friendly. That's about all that I'd say I liked.
Negatives:
I completely understand being animal friendly. However, there should be a separate side of the hotel designated to pet friendly families. My husband and I left our house because our neighbors were partying and selling food. We wanted a quiet situation for the night. Just a night away. The first room we went to there was a huge parking dog right next door. When we walked past the room, there was loud barking. We opened our door, and you could hear the barking through the wall. We walked to the front desk to have the room changed. I explained to the front desk person why I was changing the room. She was very pleasant and gave us another room. In this new room, the utensils were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and there were no wash cloths. At 6 am. the next morning, the person next door had another large dog that woke us up by barking VERY LOUD! The man then followed by yelling at the dog about it being loud. An anticipated peaceful night of sleep turned into the worst mightmare.
