I don’t know. I never stayed. They cancelled my booking at 11:54pm because they said there were no rooms. I spent 2 hours trying to find a place then and was paying a higher rate since it was after 12. In their defense, I did make the booking after 11pm in the first place.
What’s annoying is I keep getting emails from booking.com, including one from the general manager that says when I reply it goes directly to the hotel, asking me about my stay and confirming my booking. The same day I called and spoke to the same gentleman who called me to cancel, and he said, it’s cancelled on their end and I have notify booking.com myself.
So I replied to the message that made me call, that says it’s from the GM of the actual hotel and the reply goes to the hotel.
I didn’t hear anything back, and a week later I’m still getting emails about my stay.
This is really stupid. Why are they even on booking.com if it doesn’t accurately reflect inventory and then it’s up to me to cancel the reservation that had no business being made in the first place? Why would I ever return here? I made a booking only for it to be cancelled and left with work to do. Pretty bad experience IMO. I don’t know how much is in the hotel’s control, but if booking.com is a scam for making reservations that don’t actually exist and the hotel can’t cancel them you have to, that’s horrible. Why would booking.com send emails pretending to be their manager and saying that it replies to the hotel? I don’t get it. I won’t be using this hotel or booking.com again.

I was very disappointed. I was located right by the staircase so I heard every single person open and close the door all night long. I heard them bring out the trash in the morning willing it to the dumpster. I asked for a longer check out and they said absolutely not. im very disappointed with one of the staff members usually they are really friendly not this one
