Staff and location was great.
Negatives:
My room door did not lock. Maintenance said battery needs to be replaced but couldnt do til the next day. I had already lysoled and wipes down the room and did not want to change the room and repeat. Relied solely on indoor lock.

Positives:
It was conveniently located near my work. Nice and quiet so I could work and sleep. There is a nice large bar in the atrium. Room is reasonably clean and there are Dove branded toiletries.
Negatives:
I did not get the room I paid for. I booked a single king room and what I got was a handicapped room with 2 double beds. The doors also seem like they don't lock well so as a female traveling alone it's a bit unnerving. Elevators are slow and creaky.

Negatives:
Room had a musty smell and did not seem well-ventilated. Toilet flush was malfunctioning a bit. The lobby was very loud even late at night as there was a big group staying .
