Positives:
They gave us an early check-in with no fuss or anything. That was great. Breakfast was great and the room was great. To me the biggest thing was that they allowed us to stay in one single room. Having a family of 5 total while trying to book hotels is difficult because a lot of hotels have a hard limit on 4 people per room. So a lot of the offerings were for 2 rooms which makes no sense considering that all 3 of my kids are minors and one is 4 and the other one is 7. One room suits us just fine and this hotel allowed us to book a single room.
Negatives:
We had to beg for toilet paper on two different occasions. You get room service every other day, but for some reason they didnt replenish the toilet paper or change the towels all the time. Also they seemed to forget we were 5 people, because they just consistently put only 4 towels.

Positives:
Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. The room was spacious and contained a lot of necessities a family with children would need.
Negatives:
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. My toddler nephew found some chewed gum stuck on a wall/dresser somewhere in the room that he touched and had all over his hands and clothes.
