Hi if anyone sees this hotel report them to the police , they are the worst hotel ever terrible at everything . At the start my parents paid over 1000$ for 11 nights but the condition when they got there was so bad that they had to only stayed one night and they only refunded half of the money which was 500$ ,
There is still 589$ remaining and instead of them to take the 89$ and send back the remaining 500 they took all 589$ for a one night stay when they where only meant to take 89$ for a one night stay and refuse to return to remaining 500 , They also refuse to pick calls and they refuse to contact back MyBooking.com website as they have been trying to call them but don’t want to pick up . I do not recommend.

The bathroom stopped working while the waste water came all the bathroom floor as the next morning we had to use outside bathroom, the jakouzee stopped working the next day room was not that clean bed not comfortable

It was so ghetto, the room across from us had a donestic violence the man punched the lady in the face and knocked her tooth out and the baby was outside it was making me nervous and then the other room downstairs kept calling her child the mf word and all these parents left their kids in the room to walk around the lobby to get coffee etc and at nighttime they were partying in the parking lot and the cops came. The people of the motel were sketchy and I didn’t even bring my suitcase in I left it in the trunk and my designer bag I hid under my seat. I thought I was going to get robbed. My room window had a huge crack on it and the bathroom was so dirty. Overall not my first pic and would not ever be staying here again unless it’s a last minute emergency situation if I were stuck in an apocalypse!!! Omg! And breakfast included is only waffles that’s it. No juice no other foods or anything. Rip off
