Room was very nice and staff was very nice. Front desk personnel were exceptional and helped a lot with directions and best routes into the city for our destination.
Negatives:
Room did not have coffee to make in it, it did have a coffee machine but there were no pods or coffee and items to make in the room as explained in the check in. There were also no instructions in room for the wifi login or password which were also included in the price of my room. Parking was at an addition fee in the parking garage.

The room was very comfortable. It had a little living area and a kitchenette.
Negatives:
One waitress at breakfast was very rude. Not all the servers were rude, but a short older lady was rude to customers. She made the breakfast uncomfortable, pushing people out of the way to get to a certain area.
The rooms didn't have amenities. I had to ask for soap and coffee and clean towels. The cleaners didn't want to do my room one day but I had to request service.
