Positives: Proximity to Monmouth Park.

Negatives: The toilet kept draining very slowly, even when not using toilet paper. Right away, the front desk guy had to come with a plunger. Cockroach on the ceiling. TV didn't work properly. Phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk.
