Negatives:
I did not swim; pool looked a bit murky. Did not use jacuzzi; water in it was cold. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the free breakfast. Staff was very pleasant.

Cleaning staff was obviously eager to finish their jobs. Created a rush environment for customers to leaving hotel. Breakfast was less than. Eggs overcooked. One patron walked barefoot in Breakfast room. I've seen scantier breakfasts.

I am a Network Engineer Contractor for Fed, State, and Civilian Contracts. I depend/must have high speed internet and phone services both Land Line and Cellphone services - all times. Hotel's Landline - Dead, CellPhone Signal Blocked inside hotel.

The management is terrible.. I had an interaction with the manager who was suppose to assist guests didnt even acknowledge me sitting and waiting and when I approached him, he barely responded to me and with an attitude rolling his eyes. Terrible person

The staff was the rudest!!! Ordered pizza to feed our kids requested to eat In breakfast area or rent a meeting room was told we could eat outside in February and then called the cops cuz we ate in the lobby!

Beware. Non smoker. Another rm must have been smoking. They charged me 250 smoking fee.will not recommend la Quinta in west long branch ever.

My experience with check in was good. But after viewing the room I found a couple things could have been better. The sheets looked as if they hadn't been changed.the iron was rusted out the shower wasn't functioning correctly. The water pressure low.

The noise level from the rooms could have been better. It was like they put everyone who stayed there in one area. This may have been 8-10 groups.
