The room was spacious at first seemed very clean

The musk smell that hit me as soon as you walked in the room. The lighting was bad one lamp. The musk smell seemed to be mildew which was all over the pillow cases which we didn't notice until the morning due to the poor lighting. Once the sunlight came in we could see the mildew spots all over the pillows. Curtains were broke as well.

What i didn’t like was that the first room given to me was not clean at all , trash , bed not done and I went to receptionist complaining and I was told “ I didn’t know the room was not clean “ really? You give a room to a customer without knowing that the room is not cleaned
