Front desk staff was nice and the room was clean. They did accommodate our 1st floor room request and it was even next to the door we actually had to use.
Negatives:
The front door was broken when we arrived. The beds. My wife couldn't sleep in hers at all and if I slept on my back, the back pain was the worst I have ever had, and I live with back pain daily. We got up at 6:30 and left without breakfast because we just had to get out. It really set us up for a very difficult day.

Hotel is in urgent need of basic maintenance. Room doors did not close properly, bathroom curtain construction was loose (big holes in the wall). Very, very basic, low quality breakfast.

There were several questionable stains left in the room. Spots on the floor splattering of red on cabinets near floor. 3 inch white stain left on chair in room. I am still haunted by feelings of what activity had gone on in the room we stayed in.
