Negatives: Bed was too firm.

Negatives: The front desk staff “Dee” did not greet with a smile and although she was quick with the check in, she did not give us any information about the hotel amenities. She just said “what’s your name, I.D., credit card. Sign here” and done. She did not give any information about breakfast, the hours, check out, or anything else. I noticed that she did greet another family with a smile and was very thorough with information regarding breakfast, WiFi, the pool, check out time, etc. She seemed like 2 different people. We had 2 rooms during our stay. The bathrooms in both of our rooms were not well stocked. Both rooms had very little toilet paper left on the rolls and had either no tissues or very few left in the box, which we actually needed. I found a crushed up pink pill in one bathroom under the sink area, and the toilet ran all night in one of the bathrooms. I would suggest a sign indicating where the elevators are. We and other guests were looking for a sign but there are none. The breakfast was just okay.

Negatives: The bath/shower had nothing on the floor to prevent slipping....and it was very slippery! I basically had to take my whole shower clinging to the safety bar. (Then, if I had slipped, it could have wrenched my shoulder). The room needed more light, too, for those of us with some vision impairment.

Negatives: Somewhat difficult to get to the hotel from the highway, but obviously not the property’s fault.

Negatives: I did not like how there was one light switch for the vanity and the bathroom. Mom got up early to take a shower, and ended up waking everybody up because the bright light on the vanity lit up the room.
