Positives:
The motel staff restricted access for my federally protected service dog which meant I was not able to enter the public area where the 1 microwave for the motel is located. I had a seizure due to not being allowed to get my food.
Negatives:
I did not like that federal law was discriminated against for being non visually disabled and that my life saving service dog was not respected by denying him to accompany me. Breaking federal laws here including allowing drug dealers to wander property.

I felt dirty in the room! It was so gross! Every surface was grimy and stained! Paint all over stuff. Parts of the ceiling fell during the night.

They didnt let me check in because I didnt have my physical debit card but I could pay tapping the card machine. 2023 and a hotel dropping off a costumer that had a reservation paid and could pay the fees just tapping the machine with my phone

Lack of employees understanding that a debit card linked to my phone is the same thing as a physical card

Floors could use a deep cleaning.

Nothing, half eaten apple on floor with raisins, pretty disgusting after driving all day and half to clean up a mess the maids should have, front desk didn't have anything to say in their defense

The location was decent (near a Cracker Barrel, Dennys, freeway).
Negatives:
Expensive, considering: Fixtures, walls, furniture are old and damaged. They should be repaired/replaced. Mold, musty. One employee was friendly, the other very rude. At checkout, we waited with other guests and staff never arrived. Pool was closed.

I was not able to stay in second room, it was overbooked. I was frustrated with the staff, they were not very helpful after finding out the room was over booked.
