Positives:
The motel staff restricted access for my federally protected service dog which meant I was not able to enter the public area where the 1 microwave for the motel is located. I had a seizure due to not being allowed to get my food.
Negatives:
I did not like that federal law was discriminated against for being non visually disabled and that my life saving service dog was not respected by denying him to accompany me. Breaking federal laws here including allowing drug dealers to wander property.

Everything. Room was horrible, beds were not comfortable, bathroom was worse. Severely outdated. Walls were super thin, we could hear the highway. Pictures on the website were very misleading. We would have left but room was non refundable. Breakfast was a huge miss. Nothing was refilled. Couldn’t even get coffee. This was probably the worst La Quinta we have ever stayed at.

The hotel was threadbare. Hallway carpets were stained and torn. The towel rack was missing from the bathroom. The trash cans in the room still had dirty diapers from the previous occupant and trash under the bed. To their credit the staff were friendly and quick to remedy the trash situation.

Dirty carpet, lacks maintenance, very basic breakfast. The people who manage it do their best, however I think it is not up to par with other Quintas. I definitely wouldn't go back
