Rooms and hallways smelled like dog urine, elevators were dirty with some sort of old sticky substance running down it. Area seemed to be full of homeless people, which unfortunately left lots of loitering around the hotel.

Took my dog out at 2:30am and there were two police officers outside the door with a guy who allegedly was breaking into cars. Another guest heard car sirens that kept him awake. Kind of scary. Police officer in the lobby the next morning

Homeless people lining the streets on the drive up to the hotel, dirty rooms and elevator, disrepair - stains on furniture/linens, elevator vandalized and not cleaned up, hinges not affixed well on cabinetry, all lamps didnt work.

Was close to Interstate for exiting and returning. A variety of food places close by.
Negatives:
Our shower had hardly any water pressure and it only got luke warm. Had to turn heater up to 75 to get room warmed up. Breakfast use to be a variety of food. But this time no danish, or fruit and there was barely enough waffle mix or syrup for 2waffles.
