Thanks for charging me for only one dog. I had 2 with me.
Negatives:
On entering the room at 9pm, was unable to turn on ANY lights. Spoke to staff, they indicated the switch to the left of the door only turned on the TV. Shower head is a 5 feet. This is ridiculous, do I need to be on my knees to wash my hair.

The room was unclean. It was a tile floor that when you walk barefoot you could feel how unclean the floor was. We wanted to watch the Super Bowl football game and could not access the channel the game was on. The so called breakfast lacked so much

I caught the night clerk tacking fraudulent charges on my credit card at 3:30am. I was alerted by the banking alerts on my credit card account. He reversed the charges and said he doesnt know what happened. I asked him how many credit cards did he stea

The chair in the room was broken, and when reported, was told they didn't have a replacement. The bathtub had mold around the edges. The free breakfast was a joke. Hard boiled egg, waffle, toast and toaster. The juice machine was broken.
