Positives:
The hotel was in the Balloon Fiesta Park that allowed us to shuttle to the Fiesta, instead of driving and waiting in line.
Negatives:
The hotel smelled. We bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the room, which helped clear up the odd smells. The bed and sheets were clean so the hotel was fine since we didn't spend much time there except to sleep.

Close to Fiesta.
Negatives:
Reception clerk gave a full balloon Fiesta briefing to the signing in guest before us but not us. Fiesta gouge pricing.
